LOST ACCESS/FORGOT PASSWORD: FORGOT YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD

If you have an account with AmyTaylor.com , the following are reasons why you might not be able to get access to the site:

Forgot your Username or Password: First make sure you have the right password. Make sure you are not using a password from another site. You can always email support@ccbill.com to find out what your current password is. When emailing support, make sure you include your name, full email address and the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to subscribe.

Incorrect Cases: You must enter your username and password the exact same way each time you logon to AmyTaylor.com . If you capitalized any of your letters when you signed-up, you must always capitalize them when you login. All passwords are on AmyTaylor.com are case sensitive.

BILLING:

Account Cancellation: You might have sent in a cancellation request some time ago and forgot about it. If you have disputed any charge from AmyTaylor.com , we would have permanently closed your account right away. For more information about billing procedures, consult ccbill's billing and cancellation policy.

You can cancel by sending an email to members@AmyTaylor.com or by visiting one of the following links - https://support.ccbill.com - https://www.ccbill.com . Your cancellation will be processed within 24 hours. Your account will stay open and active until the end of your last billing period. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation request within 48 hours after AmyTaylor.com has cancelled your membership. If you do not receive a email confirming your cancellation within this 48 hour period, please resend your request.

Fraud: I employ a program which watches out for multiple users on the same username & password. If you have done this, I have closed your account. Please contact support at members@AmyTaylor.com .

Declined Credit Card: If your credit card was declined upon renewal, I closed you account. Please contact support at members@AmyTaylor.com with your updated card information and I will be happy to reopen your account.

SEND/RECEIVE EMAIL:

To get off my e-mail list: Follow the e-mail instructions on the bottom of the e-mail or write members@AmyTaylor.com and request that your address be removed. Once removed, your e-mail address will be permanently removed from my list.

To get a cancellation confirmation: Include a specific request for confirmation when you e-mail to cancel your account.

Broken Links: If you encounter any broken links or "File Not Found" messages, e-mail our webmaster at design@KJWebProductions.com ! What to include in your email:

1. The full path name (http:// etc...) of the page you're linking from
